At AtoZless.ae, we always prioritize the convenience and satisfaction of our customers before and after purchase.

Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be in their original condition without signs of use or damage.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours from receiving the order.

Exchange Procedure

  • Customers must contact our customer service team to request an exchange and arrange the process.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Shipping Fees

  • Customers bear the shipping cost for exchanging products back to AtoZless.ae.
  • Shipping fees vary by location and are either AED 25 or AED 50.

Exceptions

  • Exchanges are not accepted for products that have been opened or used unless they have manufacturing defects.

Quality Control and Support

All products undergo strict quality control before being handed to the delivery company.

Our customer service team supports customers throughout the exchange process via WhatsApp and social media channels.

International Orders

Internationally shipped items cannot be exchanged for operational reasons, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

  • The customer would otherwise bear double shipping costs.
  • We do not currently have a partner that facilitates item returns from outside the UAE.
  • Items shipped back from outside the UAE may be stopped due to customs procedures.
